Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a full refund, minus a $40 activation fee (see Activation Fee below).

Buyers may request a full refund, minus a $40 activation fee (see Activation Fee below) of their purchase of SiteCompliance.io products/services within seven (7) days of product/service being delivered to buyer, as long as the product or service being requested for refund was not purchased with/on a discount, through the use of any coupon/discount codes (including any “share for” discount coupon/promo codes) in which $97 or more was received off the purchase of the product/service through the use of said codes, individualized or specially created promo codes, purchased during a promo/special offer, or if product/service was a customized package (Buyers with sites over 50 pages, in which a specialized service package had to be created).
Buyers may request their refund by sending an email to billing@SiteCompliance.io and providing the following information within that email:
1. Their email address used for placing the order
2. Their website address that was used during purchase
2. Their Reason For Requesting The Refund
Once this information is received, SiteCompliance.io will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days. Please keep in mind, if refund is requested to a Credit Card, that refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the buyers credit card statement, depending on their specific credit card company, which is out of the control of SiteCompliance.io, and will rely solely on Buyers specific credit card company.
Anytime the SiteCompliance.io Accessibility Widget is activated on a buyers website, there is a code activation fee of $40 that SiteCompliance.io must pay in order for that code to properly register & work on the client’s website.
If a buyer requests a refund within seven (7) days of their initial purchase, and their refund request falls within the acceptable terms listed in the previous section, then their full purchase price will be refunded minus the $40 activation fee.
If Buyer should choose to request a refund, Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that upon their receipt of a refund, Buyer will immediately and without delay remove the SiteCompliance.io Accessibility Widget, the Accessibility Statement, all purchased web-compliance policy documents, and all other works, codes, applications, badges, certifications, or any other Intellectual Property of SiteCompliance.io that were put on/integrated with the Buyers site. Buyer also understands, acknowledges, and agrees to the SiteCompliance.io End User License Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that they may not continue to use any work, materials, coding, applications, badges, certifications, Accessibility Statement, Accessibility Widget, or any other Intellectual Property of SiteCompliance.io after refund has been requested and processed. Failure to comply by these terms, and continued use by Buyer after their refund has been requested and processed of SiteCompliance.io’s work, materials, coding, applications, badges, certifications, Accessibility Statement, Accessibility Widget or any other Intellectual Property, will result in immediate legal action, and SiteCompliance.io will seek the full compensatory damages afforded it under the law.
